Set in Chelmsford, Britania, in the year 123 AD, it tells the story of Roman Governor Aulus Paulinus's everlasting struggle against a bunch of savage and occasionally philosophical group of Brittons led by badvoc, the man who hasn't had a haircut in 25 years! Marvelously zany humor, superb comic acting and writing, a true gem.

Of course I will. I'm wasn't actually even born when the first series went out, so it's new to me, but I don't think it's dated at all. Putting it on Youtube is a good way of reviving it's cult following - i'd like to see it on DVD.

I would have loved to see a third series at the time, especially when the series is called 123.
