In part 5, David Hoffman, principal of the DHA and founder of the JOBFORCE(r) Program, Hoffman discusses where he stands with his challenge in resolving past issues with Mayor Adrian Fenty's DC Summer Youth Employment Program.

Although Hoffman continues to fight for a 2009 DC SYEP participant he trained to be allowed to return to work at the job he arranged for her at the DC Public Employee Relations Board (DC PERB), the person he trained, and helped secure a job for her (Ms. Brandy Edmonds) has NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO RETURN TO HER PREVIOUS JOB! Using data from the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) data book, Hoffman has taken a position that job training programs work best when there is a 52 to 60 month training period rather than a one year or summer only program.

Hoffman continues to fight for Ms. Edmonds who is a DC youth between the ages of 14 and 21, and a Past as well as a current participant in Mayor Fenty's DC Summer Youth EMployment Program.

Hoffman continues to petition the DC local government for a redress of his grievances and to recieve payment for services his employment agency has provided to the District in the past. Hoffman is waiting for the DC OCP director to issue a determination on whether or not an agreement had existed between DHA and the DC Department of Employment Services.

Hoffman also explains in the video his opinions on whether or not there is a bright job market for job seekers based on WIASRD data analysis and other data sources.
