It's more then 17k. (around 20k I belive) At it's peak I think Rome had 50K plus land in Rowling. At one time we also owned our island Palatine, plus Rowling and multiple outposts, but that was short lived.

they restarted the army on MG but they have no land and only 17k >.< im thinking tis not as big as it used to be?

Eh, Cloud could do it if he really wanted to..I don't see why he couldn't. And now that the teen grid is being shut down there'd be a nice influx of teen grid "veterans" that would probably look for a familiar military to join.

Anyone can restart Rome.
What you need is someone who can successfully restart Rome.
And there are few who would want that responsiblity that could actually do anything.
I don't have a doubt in my mind there's going to be another great army out there that might even match New Rome to the nose.
