I just taped this video will throwing my bullpen. Yes, I know that it doesn't look I'm throwing that fast, but I've worikng out doing exercises to increase my velocity. I will be uploaing a new video soon. My computer get reset and it lost the camera software. Thanks to everyone who gave me exercises to do that will increase my velocity.

  • Thanks, that was the whole point of the video. Was to get different exercises. I've also been lifting wieghts so.

  • dude you need to get in the weight room once a week only and stop training every day if you want to increase velocity, about your mechanics make only 1 change every 3 months or so. lift heavy in the weight room youll see a big change, and dont train every day thats bad

  • strength training will help you more dude, i bet youre just lifting whatever u see, in order to maximize strength you gotta lift heavy im talking a weight that you can only do 3-5 times. also mechanics are very difficult to change, and plus mechanics wont help you to generate more force, weigh room will. hit your whole body on the weight room i didnt say only arm hit the whole body and u will see a big increase on velocity.
