Question -- I notice this (superb) speech differs from the official transcript from 4/27/61, and I'm wondering if JFK actually read different versions of this speech along a speaking tour (like, revising as he went along), or if the maker of this clip abbreviated/re-arranged the speech to make their point. I mean, it rings true either way, but I think it is important to know whether this is an official speech or a cut-up rearrangement. Thanks.

@planetery PT2 He introduced the idea of the Illuminati in this one a mere 3 months 7 days after he became the President. That is because it took this amount of time for him to be read in on everything. They told him the truth that all of the previous cabinets had gone along with and he and his cabinet rebelled against it, and did the right thing. JFK was not one of the cowards we have around today as Pres. He put his life on the line for the truth and died for it. The man is a Hero.

@planetery PT1 Hes is talking about ALL secret societies, for not one, but many sections of all come together to form what is now known as the NWO or the current day Illuminati. This is the specific reason why many believe he uses the word illuminates. This is undoubtedly why he was killed later on. For making these stands and trying to inform the American public because this isn't the only JFK Pres Address where he is speaking out about them, this is just the one he introduced with.

How can he be talking about communism when the speech is addressed nationalistically? HE IS TALKING ABOUT SECRECY... In the US. Communism was overt and not concealed. He is CLEARLY talking about free press IN THE US, not in the USSR.

It is clear what he is talking about. He was talking about communisim (monolithic and ruthless conspiracy). He was also talking about the need of the news media to exercise self-restraint at times when national security is at stake. In light of the runamuck media of today, it is good to reflect on this.
