    I recommend the clip. Love Youtube because of this type of stuff!!!My friend was previously bullied. He said he was going to grow muscle and strength. I laughed... But then he gained 40lbs of 100 % pure muscle. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (look for it in Google). He doesn't get bullied these days. :-)

    I signed up last week. See what happens. Not to mention this mans emails are great...
