Not to mention he always seems to have the right things on him (like in his belt - honestly can a belt hold that many stuff for that many occassions). That this bit aswell, he just happens to be within short walking distance and level of the Batcave (considering he could have been anywhere else in Gotham). He's one lucky chap...too lucky.
