When this album came out believe it or not, everyone was comparing Paul's work to that which he did in The Beatles and as I remember, this album got slammed critically. I didn't like it and not til Band on the Run did I nor the critics change our thoughts about the quality of his work on his own. In retrospect, this was quite a song and quite an album. It was Paul and man could he write a song! Much less arrange and record and produce an album. The critics and I were not fair in our first opine.
