@osmanichuf: The PD-100 is a MONO pad, the Rim doesn't work.

Endurance exercises worked for me, playing singles and doubles from slow to fast over a long period of time. the right grip is important too. Check out JoJo Mayers DVD Secret Weapons for the Modern Drummer.
And of coarse practice, practice, practice...
