Chopin - Etude op.10 No.1 C-Dur: Allegro

This is Kristian Cvetkovic playing Chopin´s Etude op.10 No.1 (home amateur recording). Kristian was born on 2. November 1991 in Zug, Switzerland and plays the piano since he was 5 (http://www.cvetkovic.com ).
Kristian's "reference" for the Etudes is the recording from Pollini in the 70-ies (see e.g. http://www.amazon.com/Chopin-Etudes-Fryderyk/dp/B000001G5H/ref=cm_cr-mr-img/1... ).

far too many dislikes for such an amazing effort on this impossibly difficult piece of music, he makes it look fairly easy, which it really is not, this piece has given many older professional pianists problems they cant overcome, its a real challenge to pull off at the indicated tempo 176.

An execution that can technically be compared to those of the great chopin 'etude-specialists'. Such clearness and speed are in my opinion only supassed by very few great pianists (e.g. gavrilov, argerich,...)
