The youthful Male Naked image in Art & photography is being demonised by some like the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary in the UK.
It has been my personal experience & observation, that the most likely person to violate & homophobically abuse & violate my life as a gay person...is a serving police officer.

I'll probably go with ineffectual IPCC & police corruption, dishonesty & homophobia since I have so much 1st hand experience & documentation on it.

FINALLY!
The (IPCC) Independent Police Complaints Commission (UK), that worthless & biased organisation in favour of police, has referred complaints of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary homophobic abuse, attitudes & practises to the Professional Standards Unit.
However, we do not expect ANY honesty, integrity, impartiality or transparency of conduct from Cornwall police for this investigation into FIVE years of police homophobic vendetta against gay persons!
That has been our experience!
