The 1st 20 seconds bring back memories of our first global meeting (in Germany) for which which half of our US "Global" product managers had to get passports. And my colleague who used the company automated business card process to create cards for the meeting that he could hand out to our US colleagues - he changed his title from European Product Manager to Inter-Galactic Product Manager.

I was a part of a salesteam for IBM attempting to sell mainframe solutions to non-IBM users in the UK back in the early '90s. Our team tried to warn IBM then this was happening - it took a bit of time for them to hear.
