@greenelf12 I think that the process of Golden Suns, doing it alone or in groups, as a visualization is not a good practice. It does not truly replenish your energy, that is a biological process. If you are using it after a TRANCE, even if alone, you are reinforcing hypnotic suggestions. It is also a feel good technique that does not have lasting value. If you were directed to breathe deeply or did that following a meditation, you would be replenishing your energy and waking up refreshed.

You are obiously mocking the churches with your smitty tongue comments, but I assure you that all the intellilgence in the world is nothing to a man of God. God gives wisdom, which you do not have. "Every hair on your body is accounted for." Every square inch of our body is a magnificent design, especially parts of our brain. You do not understand this gland from a third eye perspective, so you call it, in a sense "evil". Know that God sees everything, and is Father of All.

To say that opening the "3rd Eye" or creating melanin secretions from your pineal gland is priming someone up for mind control is ridiculous. The only real thing that happens when the secretion is activated, is you elevate your OWN concious thoughts to support your OWN personal thoughts and imagination. Even in the deepest plane of mediation, including those who medidate on Holy Books; i.e. Holy Bible, Quaran; cannot becaome "controlled". This man has no Faith, so he lacks understanding.

Thank you for letting me know about the book. Much of what is described here is also taught in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) seminars for use in hypnotherapy. It is good information and will produce applicable results. People who are interested in gaining psychic abilities should also seriously investigate entheogens, ayahuasca, DMT, Terence McKenna, Rick Strassman MD, & Stan Grof MD
