Lovely to see them in action. Used to get a lift in a Wolseley every day to work, seemed so posh with the wood and the West of England cloth roof lining

@sparkygl0s True, A Six would be nice, but the interior etc would be a be lacking due to the BL cuts etc. My 18/85 is an interesting one as it's a cross over from Mk. I to Mk. II, Mk. I interior and switches (But Mk. II door handles inside), Mk. II Engine (And assuming gear box, but still has rod changers).
Are the lads in the video connected to the LOCI?

You should be neutral. Yours is a cross between these two. The Wolseley trim, but with the 4 cylinder engine.

Doesn't really say who won? Looks like the Wolseley could out accelerate the Morris, my Dad had a Wolseley 6 when I was about 5, i can still remember it (just), big rusty hole in the front, automatic, and the starter used to jam, but he had a white line painted on the flywheel, so a handy spanner turned it to the right position to start. My sister (who was 17 at the time) became very expert at unjamming the starter faster than my Dad!!

I'll take a Triumph 2.5 PI please ! ;-)
Of course that was back when we had enough UK manufacturers to compete with each other!
Hi i notice the Wolseley has head rests on all four seats, was the an option or are they later add ons, my "L" reg Six has not got them :( can they be added later?

The interior of this Six was taken from a scrapped 18/85 by Wilf Hatch about 10 years ago. It also has walnut door cappings unlike a standard BL Six which is just a painted metal frame. Wilf had the headrests made up to match the upholstery

This must have been a funny sight! Two Landcrabs where is this filmed? Looks a bit like Chester.

Most of it was filmed in Bristol one January Saturday afternoon in digital. The dream scene at Castle Coombe was filmed in 1995 on Hi8 analogue. Toying withe idea of a sequel but with a more sexy script
