they should put one of the child resistant lids on the e liquid. the ones where you have to push and twist.

I've been off tobacco for just over 24 hours as well with very few thoughts about smoking the real thing. I'm really impressed with it.. Here's a tip for people thinking about ordering one. Get a couple different strengths of nicotine and try them out. I ordered 24mg and it's too much for me.

You definitely want to wash your hands after filling cartridges, ESPECIALLY before going to the bathroom.
