@JandeBloos It doesn`t handle too much bass, I have HDR-TG3 and I recorded a Röyksopp concert and the sound was just distorted...

Great video Anders - It really shows the capabilities in a variety of environments. I wondered how it performs recording live music/bands (anyway just ordered one so will find out soon!). Cheers.

You are right. When the camera is moving the image becomes hazy. This is what out of focus means.Probably you can take good pictures, but video not really.

Not impressed at all at all looks out of focus sorry, either things have moved on in one year, or the settings on this camera are all to clock, pause this video amywhere and that is as far removed from HD as you can get , I can only say thet things have moved on since 2008.

Incredible picture. I just opened it to full screen and it did'nt lose any resolution at all. I'm buying one!!!!

1) i just read that it films in 60fps and can go to 240fps (3sec long burst) and then it plays it back in 12secs. So you can watch it in slo-mo

hi dude, what about the focusing options ??
does it have manual focus ring or something ??
thanx

@psychoMoody Hi! It is mostly autofocus. You can manually adjust the focus with buttons on the touch screen (software buttons)... but that's not so easy when you are recording. So manual focus is best when you are going to record something with the same distanse all time during the shot...

Hi mate i want to buy this sony handycam...i've some questions:
1) How many fps this cam records in Full HD resolution? 30, 24 or 60?
2)I know that avchd videoediting is very difficult.Have you had some problems with your Adobe Pro Cs4? is this software easy to use?
3) I've a pc rig with a Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 (3,16 Ghz), 4 Gb Ram Ddr3 1333 Mhz, Sapphire HD4870 1Gb Graphic Card and 2x Maxtor 500 Gb raid 0 Hdds...is this system able to do avchd videoediting? Or i need a quad core?

Hi!
I have the european version, so it captures video @ 25 fps in Full HD.
AVCHD editing works quite vell on my computer with Premiere Pro CS4.
My PC is:

I'm using Adobe premiere Pro CS4 to edit my videos, and export them to other formats.
Premiere CS4 supports native editing of AVCHD files.
But you can use other editing applications as well.
Final Cut, Pinnacle Studio, iMovie ++
