Small talk is BORING. I simply hate when someone tries to discuss nonexistent topics like the weather, sports, cars, blah, blah, blah. I just ignore their stupidity. The worst is CELEBRITIES. Then I just leave the room. Unless you can say something INTERESTING, do not open your mouth.

@pr4nk5tr Most really good bullshitters (not this idiot) aren't stupid they just don't put in as much effort in school since they don't need to since the jobs they take tend have them use their natural skill. I agree about young guys needing to speak up more though however that isn't solved by some BS advice like this asshole gives. It's usually solved by throwing the guy to the wolves were he has no choice but to "man up."
