  • reminds me of the elevator i went on today in asheville nc at mission hospital.

  • I was thinking closer to 1950's or possibly early 1960's. See my video response.

  • This One is a Traction, since it's 4 Floors.

  • I'm guessing this is a traction elevator. Back then hydraulic wasn't as common.

  • YMCA Columbia can't be from the 50's or 60's. That building is from the 20's or 30's.

  • There's a couple of elevators that have those same buttons at St. Francis Hospital in New York

  • Note that this elevator is way older than the 1980's. Most likely the 1930's.
