From Episode 1839: Grover, Cookie Monster, and Herry perform a vaudeville-style number about the fur color they have in common. Although they can't understand why Frazzle wants to join in, he's accepted--after a minor change to the lyrics.

  • How can Grover and Cookie Monster be on at the same time if they are both done by Frank Oz?

  • Frank was not the only performer to do Cookie Monster (and by the 1980s, he probably wasn't even the main one). I forget who else has voiced him, though! :-(

  • Can a TV show for children be any more perfect?...

  • This is why I'm only letting my nephew watch old recordings from the GOOD episodes of Sesame Street. You can't get quality fun like this anymore on kids television.

  • Frazzle's Fuzzy and Orange

  • @hoopersghost

Well, currently, David Rudman does him now, but Frank Oz occasionally comes back on the show to perform his old characters

  • IS EVERYBODY FUZZY?!

    DARN RIGHT!

  • @hoopersghost

that is true but also they could of pre-recorded one of the voices so Frank could do both voices

  • @hoopersghost The song was pre recorded david rudman does cookie now

  • This was on the episode that Mr. Hooper died.

  • @hoopersghost It's also possible... dang this hasn't been commented on in a while. XD Anyway it's possible he was recorded separately doing the different voices, to put on a record album.

  • i remember this! and laughing non-stop when grover had to add "and orange!"

  • HAHA! I loved watching this number when I was little, I still love it today XD
