  • DC is excellent low wind kite, often can not survive high winds.

    It works better in trains, as it improves both lift and ability to survive strong winds.

    I simply pull train line through opening in DC body.

    For low winds I use larger DC, it lifts 80m of wire in winds under 5kmh.

  • I have the exact same kite for antenna purposes. I the sticks in the rim of the wing with full length 8mm carbon rods, and it really made a difference.. more vertical flight, better lift in low winds, and better looking kite :-)

    Pulls 42 meters off litze with 20 mtrs 450 ohm ladderline in fair winds :-)
