I just been there. I've paid the extra 12 euro to get inside the coliseum. It really worth the money. Still, Compared to the de coliseum in france , this one is in pretty bad shape even if it's the biggest one. But thinking how old it is, I must admit it's breathtaking ! I've stayed 1 hour inside it's walls

i agree when you say its not as big as you would think. From the outside it looks HUGE, but inside it looks like a pretty small football stadium

I can't do justice to what Rome is by taking a video. The beauty you see and the feelings you get there are beyond what a digital camera can capture!
