that's the correct way to do dips,no need for locking out,locking out only gives you joint pains,pains in you "joint".

Thanks, but I know I could do more, I think its the cold air. That is this park near me(I call it the Corny park), cuz I'm the ONLY ONE hittin the barz out there. Everybody plays b-ball and handball, but its a ghost town on the bars.

looks like u coulda done 1 more for fifty. I tried couple of months ago n only could bust out 34. So 49 is a nicer numba den 34 :D lol

Yeah I put the music on and lost count. I think me counting hampered my first 2 attempts. You was topping out at 34, I see you doing 40 now.

dont get me wrong, this was a great effort but you dont lock your elbows and that just doesnt count for me :/

Same holds true in other exercises like squats for instance. It used to be taught, that the correct way was to go all the way down(80deg bend) then straight up locking your knees. Not anymore, doing that causes premature wear on your joints and I'm trying to be doing this well into my 50's. But like I said, I respect your opinion, so don't think I'm upset or anything, I'm just informing you on the info I read/told for years.
