@Hasseta Yeap and if you consider that the cup car had race tires which are A LOT grippier than street tires, the actual difference is a lot smaller.

No point in comparing the turbo to the GT3.
For starters the turbo is so much heavier because it is not meant to be a track day car.
Had Porsche wanted the turbo to be the basis of homologation of their race cars it would be a hell of a lot lighter and even more powerful.
If any proof of that were needed, I present to you the GT2 RS, the turbo equivalent to the GT3 RS.
As things stand, the turbo is a road monster and the GT3 RS an uncompromising performance car.
It's a f***ing amazing car.

just 5 seconds? GT3 RS is so fucking amazing .. and for the same price? =D

the new, normal, GT3 is faster from 100-200 than a turbo, that's for one
and two, GT3 RS is not made for straight line acceleration

You have no idea what you're talking about, but that's ok. This is the internet, after all...
Uh huh and because ur right and those fools at Porsche are wrong they made the GT3 the basis for homologating their race cars. If only they'd listened to you they'd have race cars that go fast on a straight so are great for posing but are 210kg heavier than the RS and don't corner. Apart from the fact that u cant race a Turbo in any licenced event w/o making some serious modifications like rollcage etc. Look at any time sheet of any Club series - GT3s are always faster than Turbos
