Though I'm not religious, I've included the next one because
Zaghloul El Naggar is linking the Koran with science, extraterrestrial life and the universe.
If you look through the Old and New Testaments of the Bible you'll find many references to UFO like objects flying in the sky and creatures emerging from them. At the time the people in the bible probably didn't have words to explain things like flying objects, or the meaning was lost over long periods of time or translations used the wrong words.
So all you have to do is replace a few words.
i.e.:
Cloud becomes UFO
Guiding Star = UFO
Angel = E.T.
Rising from the dead = medicine
and
God = A extraterrestrial creature far more intelligent than humans with powers beyond our understanding.
It can't be just a co-incidence that God, angels, spirits etc all come from heaven. And where is heaven? In the sky! Where do UFOs come from... the sky!
There is quite a lot of knowledge in ancient texts that has been turned in to myths and magical stories simply because the people writing them had no idea how and why these things had happened. As many people could not read or write stories were used because they are easier to remember than technical manuals. Also a lot of ancient knowledge was lost due to people thinking it was evil or witchcraft. So destroying information by burning books and forbidding utterances of such blasphemous words was the norm for religions.
