America LIVE from the Roundhouse.GREAT CONCERT. First time back at the Roundhouse for 36 years, Dewey says the band will return to the UK every year from now on. The newish album HERE & NOW a must, Tracks 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9, I just love. LEGENDS, so good to see real talent rather than the manufactured CR** we hear these days. Only wish they could get Dan Peek to play with them a few times. Woodsie is brilliant as is Willie on drums and good to see the new talent (5 years) of Rich Campbell on bass and vocals.

  • You can tell this is a great sounding song / set. However, why do people insist on turning their recording aparatus all the way up to capture the sound when the band is playing through a MEGA-WATT sound system. It is just too much for those tiny little ipods/pocket cameras and such. Let the sound system carry this and you'll hear it without all the distortion.

  • Im sorry you dont know what you are talking about, it was recorded on a Canon Power Shot S2 IS which is hardly a little ipod/pocket camera, the sound on the camera was set very low for the recording, the problem here is that I was obliged to be 4 feet away from the MEGA WATT sound system speakers as this is the position I was crammed into to make the recording. Sorry if I offended your highly tuned hearing but at least I enjoyed the concert...

  • So cool that they got back to the Roundhouse. They would play there when they first started out, before making it big and coming to the U.S.

  • Yea I'm gonna go. Feb 13th and 14th Yippie. Hope, wish & pray the DVD is gonna go on those dates as well. All the very best x

  • I saw America in August 1987 at The Boathouse in Norfolk, VA. But on to more serious things: On Dec. 27, 2007, my cousin lost her battle with Lou Gehrig's disease. At her funeral, they played this during a picture montage of her life. Pam, where do I start? You displayed so much courage with this, much more than we did. You were the one facing death, but you looked it in the eye and fought all the way to the end. You will always be an inspiration to all of us. We will never forget you.

  • America has always been one of my all time favorite groups. Saw them in concert in the 70's at a famous Music Academy, sat in the 4th row thanks to my brother who got the seats for us. UNBELIEVABLE! Will never forget it. This song always makes me want to ride while listening to music.

  • Damn Straight! Saw America live this summer on Los Angeles and the sound incredible.

    Talent with a BIG T!

  • CLASSIC!
