@max10wonderboy it's fairly similar. If you have a decent immune system and have a good diet, then prp is good enough to heal the area. It's more expensive though. Prolotherapy inflames the area which attracts platelets to the area, as well as doing other things that more or less promote healing. PRP and Prolo both need a good immune system to work well, but usually PRP works better.
