MMA is simply a ring sport, it is not self defense nor a martial art. Regardless of the claims being made.

And how about the way that MMA champion was knocked out by a small guy while on line to get into a bar in Atlantic City, after he mouthed off to a small guy. The little guy knocked him flat.

Look on google, It happened in Atlantic City, I was watching the tv news and they said a MMA champion was knocked out in line at a club by a regular person when the MMA guy was being mean to the other guy.

@destrochief also by the way the shaolin monks train. When you compare MMA fighters, who usually go to the gym, to these fighting monks, who train outside in the elements, the monks far exceed the MMA fighters. That's just what I think. =)
