I've just finished learning this piece myself, and the most difficult aspect of it is keeping it even. Specifically, you have to keep your right hand pretty relaxed or your thumb makes a clunky motion with the ascending arpeggios. Slow down and get even, then speed up. Take a look a Mei Ting Sun on this site.

Je rigolais juste. Bravo, combien de temps joues tu par jour pour arriver à celà? Je rêve de jouer cette étude. Je joue seulement la 3 opus 10.

On rigole tous les deux alors. Excuse-moi pour mon sarcasme injustifié. Moi, je rêve de jouer la première version de cette étude des 53 Studien über die Etüden von F. Chopin de Leopold Godowsky. J'y arrive maintenant mais beaucoup trop trop trop lentement...
