You are 100% correct the only guy who ran in the presidential election who talked like a real President and had the character to be one was Mike Gravel. The best US Statesman i have seen he actually cares about American families and the future their children will inherit. His political record reflects a man of courage unlike many politicians today.

yea thats great and all but I don't live in S. Korea

No, ancaps don't want a state at all. What do you mean when you say "if you have people making choices for you" ?
-
Yes Vincent, this was the man to vote for in 2008. Sadly he was being thrown off the radar before anyone had a chance to educated themselves about him or even know that he was running for president. The things the media did in this last election was the proof positive that something is not right and that it was a set up from the get go. If only people truly wanted to educate themselves about the candidates before voting and not just listen to one word; CHANGE. Moronic.

no anarcho caps (those on the right) are more in favor of legislation. Yes he is an anarchist, but he thinks democracy sucks,
In a stateless society, people should be/will be making the choices for society. If you have people making your choices for you again like we do now, it wont be much different than a state

Nope, you don't mean "the people" you mean the majority of people in an arbitrary geographic region, who do what their favorite cable news pundit tells them to. I guess you wouldn't mind if the majority of the people who are sitting with you in a room decide to "tax" you. LOL juniorbaconchee doesn't think we need legislative masters, he's an anarchist...
So I subbed Gravel. Hope it helps, just a little bit.
Direct Democracy is a sympathetic system. The People leads the people. :)

His rants were the reason I liked him. He reminds me of my grandpa. Except a little more politically informed =)
