Hi, I'm Neil Kearney and I grew up talking about Boulder real estate at the kitchen table. Both my parents were Boulder Realtors and so it was a natural that I too joined the business.
For the past 20 years it has been my pleasure to help a wide variety of people buy their little piece of one the best places I can think of to call home.
People call me for all sorts of reasons -- they call me when they are ready to buy, when they are ready to sell, when they are looking for an investment property. People call me when they need advice or are interviewing at work at need someone to give a tour -- People call me for a bunch of different reasons and I love it because I like to be of service and to help people improve their lifestyle.
I specialize is residential real estate in Boulder and Broomfield counties. I work in all price ranges from small one bedroom condos to multi- million dollar homes. I have the experience and resources to help you reach your goal.
I have been very involved in leadership within my industry and have held most of the leadership positions available. Currently, I am a board member at IRES our regional MLS and I am the Grievance Committee Chairman for my local Realtor association. I think this type of extra work is important because it helps me to keep right on top of what is happening in real estate. This way I can help my clients more thoroughly.
I base my business on integrity and mutual respect. It is my goal to reduce stress throughout the transaction. Moving is complicated enough without un-needed distractions.
