what about AFA blue green algae (klamath lake) from sources other than E3live? for example, swanson is selling what seems like the exact same thing for much cheaper (the dried form, not fresh). Is it the same quality? Thanks

I just started E3 Live Renew Me! Total Body Blend about five days ago. My skin went from "clearish" to clear (though I stopped eating added sugar). Still need to give it more time to lift mood and energy, but am feeling better. Will repost after more time on E3 Live.
