The marriage is definitely not arranged. because their other wedding video has a pic of them and it said " i met the sweetest girl ever in uci". the college he went to. And the were together since then.

@crystalevans1954 : Hello I think there's a misconception, that arranged marriages are forced marriages. I personally know people who are enjoying a happy married life although it was arranged. So it's good not to generalize.
