those stats are facts but many arab fighters were on the ground when hit. israel is known for taking necessary pre-emptive strikes due to their being outnumbered. and their enemies are usually not as well trained. that said, IAF pilots are highly skilled as are USAF pilots. it's about training too and who has the money and resources to carry them out regularly.
