All is well. Teenagers party. Terror is coming.
It is flag day. Holly(Diana Delgado) has just won her beauty pageant. She throws a party with Julia(Noel Blair), Beau(Eric Smigiel) and Ralph(Ryan Sciarrotta). As the party lets out, they decide to take a ride in there car on the street labled Diablo Trail. As Beau tells spooky stories, they end up hitting a white and black face painted man! The man(Tom Verkin) comes back 365 days later, getting his revenge on the teenagers with his weapon of choice, a clothes hanger!
