i read the book by chance(a friend e-mailed it to me) and stopped for 3 days, then started again....for another 4 months. but now i am not smoking for 3 weeks and am sure that i will never start again!

It worked for me. I read the book and watched a 1hr video on by them. Especially the video was instrumental for me.

I can tell you flat out. This works. I don't know why but it does. I am SO glad I listened to his book. I did it over and over for about 3 months, but I have stopped for 1 year 6 months after smoking 30 years (pack and a half a day). GET the CDs or Book. It works.

I gave up using his book 4 weeks ago. Best thing I've ever done in my life! 22 years of 30 a day. No more. RIP Allen.
