Cracking video! How long did this event take to complete? I am a beginner cyclist from "Turra", and wouldn't mind getting into a club for these events. There aren't really any good cycle routes that I have discovered yet! Mind you, I'm only averaging 150 miles a week at the moment, so 80 miles in a day would destroy me! ;)

sandzbain i can't really remember now. the weather was horrible. I do remember the hill climb took nearly an hour and i was blown off my bike once. Doing 150 miles a week I would say you should be able to do an 80 no problem.I guess living in "Turra" the nearest bike club is Ythan CC in Ellon. Ythan have club runs starting from the Ellon swimming pool every Sunday morning at 9am in the Summer. See website ythancc.org.uk for more details..
