"The Power to Create Life"
This short 35mm film was designed to reach young people in movie theatres during the previews of coming attractions with a message to not misuse, "...their power to create life"
The project was filmed wide screen in 35mm. In camera effects were achieved via the use of scotchlite reflective material, beam splitters, neon rods, and front and reverse front screen projection of pre filmed images in black and white. Over all, the idea was to parody a scene from the first Superman movie with the council members...
