I'm sorry but I find your analysis really poor, you're missing details that are essential to understand the hole picture for example the repercussions of the military coup in Honduras or the media attack that's being hold by Chavez in Venezuela... so I would recommend to anybody to read a bit more local news (and also those news published in citizen's blogs) to understand the situation of Latin America in deep.

Please keep the microphone a constant distance away from your mouth. A lot of these online lectures are impossible to listen to. It's getting really irritating.
