I understand this is a metaphor and everything, and that it's not real, but the part where it says "this is what it's like, no one notices" I dont know, you'd think if some kid got body slammed by a car and was laying dead across the middle of the road, ONE of the passerby's would have done something. I know if I saw a dead kid in the road, my first thought would be "ohh, it's probably just a commercial. Who cares?"

It was a matter of using layers of shooting "plate" like a collage. First we shot the girl crossing the road first and then moved the camera to her double with all the action of the people, because our double was face down you couldn't tell she was a double. We then went back to the original camera position and shot plates of a dummy being yanked out of frame and a car passing through frame. 3 video cameras triangulate the hit position for the girl and the dummy so that they matched for post.
