The United Nations must take action more EFFICIENTLY on the junta to get the positive result on innocent Burmese people including minority people. Even though the monks humanly requested them to stop the brutality, they not gonna listen because they have no spirits. Or maybe they don't care they will go to "Avici" hell in next life.
