no u suck and these aren't even glitches these are just things u can do glitches are bugs in games like going to the underworld in the game or how to get infinite nukes without cheats or a glitch im having where i walk beside a spare part and it automatically gives it to me but glitches aren't supposed to be in the game dumb ass

the first one doesn't require the motor boat, you can get in the cabin of the freedom patrol boat just by crouching and walking into it
