  • Nice video man. I haven't really started stretching seriously yet. How much faster can you get if you add stretching to your workouts for lets say a 1 mile run for example?

    I have crappy flexibility, and 10-20 seconds off my mile time would be awsome. 

  • @stevelau1933 We work mostly with speed improvements, but the same concept will apply when you increase your ROM (increased stride length) so it should work well in long distance running

  • I hate the streching pain, that is the worst pain for me (; It's not bad o really painful, just not a nice pain. Will those exercises help me improve kicking (Martial art) ability? And help me do a split?

  • hey thanks for the demonstration, i have started this wednesday night after training, but today i still felt sore today and i couldnt even run today. Any tips? I run 4.41 but today i could barely hit 4.5 -4.6
