  • With Szigeti the music is always singing, always in musician, and every note has a purpose. True it might be considered anarchronistic by the standards of the performance practice movement, but it is the performance of this piece that I judge others by. The pacing seems inevitable, the destination of the music unstoppable.

  • Please post the rest! His Bach is so profound!

  • You have the rare gift of sucking at recording a stationary object. Keep practicing and maybe one day you'll improve (hopefully) :)

  • very good, need to check in shop either cd or vcd or dvd to buy one

  • He is a great example of "Violin Artist"!!!

  • I quite agree with pianist1972's comment.

  • can you record szigeti bach chaconne (or sonata and partita) video or CD audio for video

  • Interesting interpretation. To me it seems very organ like, where's the rest of the recording?

  • Today's violin machines were all taught by Galamian, Makanowitzky, and DeLay.

  • I meant always in MOTION! Sorry. I can spell "anachronistic" too. When will this thing get spell-check?
