http://www.DadLabs.com - In this episode of The Lab, Daddy Clay takes you through the Guy Nutrition Timeline. Eating habits change as you transition from childhood to college and then on to marriage. Once kids and fatherhood are introduced as part of your lifestyle, snacks like juice boxes, crackers, granola bars, popsicles and more begin to make their appearance in your kitchen. But do dads need snacks? Find out what Daddy Clay thinks. DadLabs Ep. 768 is brought to you by BabyBjorn.

  • Very good point Daddy Clay! We send our children to school with healthy snacks such as celery sticks and homemade granola. Now I understand that children need some sugar for energy so we may give them some dried banana chips, these do have some sugar on top. Oh and by the way I don't need snacks in between meals but if I am on the go I always have something to snack on when I am out and about. Just to let you know as well we are a non red meat eating family. So we substitute for this as well.

  • @mywolf1 Sounds like a great approach to nutrition. Congrats.
