Sylvia Inwood and the Woodtones (Bill Harrison, piano & Dean Western, bass) perform "Cry Me a River" - the great torch tune that was featured in the movie "V" - at the Cafe 1923 in Hamtramck, Michigan. An enclave within the city of Detroit, Hamtramck was once almost 90% Polish-American but has since seen an influx of immigrants from the Middle East and South Asia. It is one of the most ethnically diverse spots in the Midwest and is also known for its happening punk and alternative music scene.
