But, that's no excuse. I need to play softer and listen!

Who ever plays duets with Tom Brier only gets the best . This is great stuff.

Fantastic playing guys! My grandpa used to play me this song but he never had the sheet music, so when he passed everything was lost. Could you please let me know what arrangement this is and where i could find a copy of the sheet music? Thanks in advance!

@9monchy9 They're all improvising on the tune here; it isn't a set arrangement. I'm sure some of them must have scores of the tune. Being published in 1930, you can't find free copies online, but there do seem to be sites selling scores of it. There's another great rendition of this with two pianos and Andrew here on washboard. Search "happy feet andrew barrett washboard" and it'll show up. Includes a vocal from Jeff Barnhart too!

Wow we got pretty far off from each other, but somehow we managed to sync back up about 3/4 through. Sound doesn't travel that fast (relatively speaking) so the distance between some of the pianos was causing a bit of a time lag in hearing each other.

I don't know if you were playing a little faster or they happened to slow down there, but yeah, it seems like you ended up half a beat ahead of them for a bit. Having played in a four-piano Maple Leaf Rag in the same room, I know how hard it is to hear the other players even then. When it's that bright Mason & Hamlin in another room, it's gotta be really tough. I only heard Kathi playing with me on Sunday when I screwed up and stopped!
