  • I'm no where near as big as the guy benching, but still. watch my vid on spotting so this shit doesnt happen..

  • People are retarded for trying to bench their one rep max anyway. Doing that isn't going to build muscle so what's the point of it? At least go for 3 reps.

  • those are the plastic plates that look like 45's. they are actually around 28 or whatever. It doesnt matter because those were "whatever' spotters. I'd be soo embarassed and pissed at my friend's attention.
