The male has since been devoured... they mated several times. Here's hoping the little guy took care of business, I really have been wanting to breed these for a long time.

I have paired the two of them together several times now and the male is still alive and kicking. I'm starting to feed the female up just in case. I haven't gotten close enough to actually see if inserts were made but by the way she bears down on him I am told it is likely to have happened. I try not to get my face impaled like a cocktail weenie.
