Do tell, oh wise keyboard warrior, how does one generate torque and leg drive without ever raising one's ass off the bench?
Perhaps you'd be so gracious as to provide a video of yourself doing the same or better weight with textbook form, good sir? I very much would look forward to learning from it, if you should deem so necessary.

@jbx2 its a powerlifting bench. his glutes are flexed, but still touching the bench. the spotter in the middle has his hand OVER the bar for spotting, not UNDER it, so he can't possibly take any weight off of the bench. learn something about benching.

Feet need to be flat on ground.
Butt never leaves the bench.
two spotters should be off to side and NOT touching the bar. I'm not that impressed here. This guy's gonna hurt himself.
