Kefir is good, Natural Whey is good. Some companies make tasteless protein powders. Puff gut comes from steroids and growth hormones. Natural bodybuilders do not have those.

what does the homemade kefir taste like? No offense it looks nasty. The kefir i buy at the store comes in a bottle is strawberry flavored and look kind of like yogurt.

How much protein could say a 200-225 lb. bodybuilder metabolize in a day? And can you estimate how many grams of protein was contained in the whey at the bottom of the kefir glass? Thanks :)
Regular whey protein is a by-product of cheese production, which is good. But this whey protein is a by-product of kefir production and therefore even more bio-available and loaded with extra vitamins and minerals. Truly the food of the gods.

I started taking Kefir cuz I had post viral fatigue (really really bad infection landed me in the hospital after losing 25 pounds in 2 weeks). I had a bunch of problems. Cognitive issues, weight issues, etc. I started drinking a gallon of this stuff a day and got my weight back, and most of my symptoms have gone away or are subsiding. Side effect:I have put on more muscle mass than I had before - With almost no physical activity. Before I would constantly work out but never results like this.
